Return Policy


WVCP product quality is guaranteed. If you’re looking to return a product, we’re sorry to hear it, but we’re happy to help! You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the return shipping cost. Please contact us to set up the return. Please be prepared to give us your name, your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, why you’ve decided to make the return, and the method of payment you used to buy the product.

Unfortunately, some people have abused return policies in the past by using all (or nearly all) of the product, then requesting a refund for the full amount paid. As a result, our return policy doesn’t apply if more than 30% of the product in the affected package has been used.

This guarantee applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued, are outdated, or have not been purchased from an unauthorized seller, since those sellers are not subject to WVCP’s quality control standards.

Returns are refunded to your original method of payment, either debit or credit card. Outbound shipping charges are not always refunded upon return – these can include regular or freight shipping and associated shipping surcharges. If the original card is not available, then you will be issued a credit for future WVCP orders.

In no event will WVCP be obligated to issue a credit after 30 days following delivery.
